Our first Vloggg... I think thats what they're calling them these days.

8 songs mixed, 7 to go. Keep your eyes peeled for the title of our record(hint: It's somewhere around here). There's been a lot of late nights/chinese food and it's all coming to an end friday. That means we get to catch up on some sleep then sequence and master the album. Tracks list and release date coming at cha soon!

16 days of tracking done! Everyone has gone home besides Nathan and I which is sad (hi mark, keith and corey if you read this stuff) so it's time to get these jams together. We're just mixing nowwwwwww. I'll leave you with a little video so I can get back to it. Later gators

ahoy! Our chart of 'tracks to do' is almost full of check marks and we're about to get into mixing mode. We have horns, strings and a saw player coming in Saturday so that should be interest and possibly unnecessary. . . but we'll see! Besides recording I've had the chance to experience Montreal on day to day basis(not playing a show for one night and getting wasted) and it's full of great restaurants, cool bars, awesome people and beautiful artwork. Apparently there's a giant drum circle on Sundays with sword fights and other games which sounds like it could be a new weekly routine for myself.



The other night I went to see my friends band Dinosaur Bones play and they totally killed it. It's truly impressive when you can play your bass on the bar while getting a kiss from the bartender and stealing the spot light from a stuffed deer that just arrived over a dudes shoulder in the crowd. This was also the first time I've seen/heard of The Darcys and they had some reallllly rad songs. Check em out!
